Pricing FAQ

Why is Business tier the "Recommended" plan?
Business gives you unlimited users, 10 configurable workflows, 10 concurrent users, and 1,00,000 OCR pages/month. Any organisation with 15+ users wanting workflow capability finds Business cheaper per-user than expanding Starter or Professional with overage.
What's the difference between "users" and "concurrent users"?
Users = total accounts in your DMS. Concurrent users = how many can be active at the same moment. Business allows up to 10,000 user accounts but caps active sessions at 10 (with add-on to purchase more). Most SMEs don't have everyone logged in simultaneously.
Do I pay extra for storage?
No. From Starter onwards, you connect your own Google Drive or OneDrive — your documents stay there. We never charge for storage. If you don't have a cloud Drive, our optional Managed Storage add-on is available.
Can I downgrade if needed?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You won't lose your data — only feature access changes. Multi-year prepays are non-refundable.
Is there a contract / commitment?
Annual billing is standard. No contracts beyond the billed year unless you opt into 3-year (10% off) or 5-year (20% off) prepay. 30-day money-back guarantee on first-year purchases.
